Called @10am, spoke to a lovely soft spoken receptionist. The receptionist Clearly explained the process to me and booked me in for 11.30am and even informed me about the parking arrangements. Limited parking 1st come 1st serve, as there are only 3 bays allocated to the clinic i believe. I arrived smooth process, no attitude no hostility or uninterest like your typical NHS receptionist at your GP so it was a big relief for me lol. Saw to the doctor & I didn’t feel rushed. I felt listened to and respected my thoughts and concerns. She offered me a package but I saw there was a higher one which I preferred to go with so that tells me they ain’t profit driven too. Nurse was also soft and gentle with me. I appreciate their time and help and will await my on the day blood test, the results in next 3days or so. Happy with this outcome . Will certainly be returning .. only shame is that they aren’t with my medical insurance company AXA.

Dr Alicia Ng was brilliant with my little one. She’s a very gentle and reassuring paediatric dermatologist who took time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience really easy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The Canary Wharf Clinic was also spotless, and the reception team was welcoming.
