Everyone to whom I spoke when I entered the hospital replied politely, in fact cheerfully and gave me accurate, helpful advice on where to go and what to do. Dr. Gordon saw me quickly, had clearly read all the information I had provided, and settled my issues within a 15 minute conversation. When i returned home I realized that my American insurance required a doctor's report. I asked the reception by email at about 4:45 expecting, if I were lucky, a reply after the New Year. (I had received a computer generated email indicating that my email arrived after hours and would be dealt with the next working day. Thirty minutes later I had the report I needed! Someone was working overtime. The practice and the hospital are tops in my experience.
