Although the wait to see my specialist was long due to patients’ problems, once I had been seen and diagnosed everything went smoothly and quickly and all the scans and MRI were done the same day. I found Dr J Goodman very clear in his explanations, welcoming and helpful. Every one from the receptionists to the people in charge of scans and MRI were efficient and kind. I found my experience at St John’s and Elisabeth hospital very positive.

This was exemplary professional service from start to finish. Our little lad needed a last-minute appointment while we were on holidays. Throughout, Dr. Gordon (and his colleague Dr. Noimark) were professional, friendly and good humoured and they made what could have been a stressful event into a pleasant and relaxed experience. Dr. Gordon and his colleagues and support staff have a wonderfully cheerful “can do” approach, and, knowing that we had travel plans the following day, they went out of their way to ensure that the various procedures were completed in one visit, against the clock. Highly recommended.

Dr. Daniel Gordon has been the most responsive, effective and kind doctor I have ever been to. He very quickly recognised my symptoms had progressed to a more serious illness, prescribed the medication, checked his prognosis with specialist colleagues and prevented me having long term consequences. It is also his manner, sensitive and warm and his acute intelligence where he picks up so much. I really couldn’t recommend him more highly or be more grateful to him.
