Paid for a private GP appointment (Doctap ) in this branch ( victoria ) and arrived only 10 minutes late due to a hospital visit (with proof), but they still refused to see me and kept the full payment. Completely unreasonable and unethical – be aware they can take your money without providing the service.

Found myself sick while on vacation and I can’t say enough good things about this place. Booking an appointment online was easy. Wait time was minimal (the whole visit from check-in to check-out was little more than 1/2 hour). Dr Ayomide Noah, was excellent. Meticulous, professional, very glad I was seen by her. And the staff were polite and helpful.

I saw Dr Juliette Uka for a private GP appointment as I was in respiratory distress. I found her to be courteous and efficient. She was thorough in her assessment of my condition, diagnosed me accurately and listened to and answered my queries. She gave me clear instructions about the medication she prescribed and checked that I understood. She was kind and calm throughout the appointment and I felt reassured about my condition. I would be happy to see her again if needed, and I recommend her as a GP without hesitation.

I saw Dr Hannah Davies today for an ear infection and she was so sweet and kind. Didn’t make me feel bad about likely causing my own ear infection. She got me buttoned up and in and out quickly. Highly recommend you see her, irrespective of which location she’s at!
