I had a really positive experience at DocTap on 2 March 2026. The clinic was easy to find, very clean, organised, and professional. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, which made the visit smooth from the start. I didn’t specifically book with Dr Saqib Sayed and hadn’t met him before, but I’m very glad he was the doctor who saw me. He was extremely patient, kind, and a very good listener. He took the time to understand my situation properly and showed genuine empathy and understanding, which made a big difference during a difficult time. I never felt rushed during the consultation. Dr Sayed explained things clearly and gave thoughtful advice and guidance that felt appropriate for my situation. I left the appointment feeling supported and reassured. Overall it was one of the best GP experiences I’ve had. I will definitely book my next appointment with Dr Saqib Sayed again, and I would highly recommend him and the DocTap clinic to anyone looking for a caring and attentive doctor.

Very professional setup in a convenient location. It doesn't look much from the outside but inside is modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. I was offered thoughtful, thorough treatment from the experienced Dr Sreetharan. Same day appointment on a Sunday was possible. Which I was so thankful for. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private GP.

DocTap was phenomenal. I had an uncomfortable skin condition come up while traveling in London. I was able to make an appointment with a physician the next morning to examine it. The doctor was clear, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. She identified the problem and prescribed medication to alleviate it within 15 minutes. I had no wait. An excellent service for international travelers like me or anyone that needs quality medical care without a wait.
