I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I was specifically told that the test results would be available the same day or by the next day, which is why I booked and paid for a consultant appointment two days later based on that timeline. Unfortunately, the results were not ready as promised. Instead, I was later informed that they were carrying out “additional due diligence” on the samples, something that was never mentioned beforehand. It has now been 5 days and I am still waiting for the results. Delays can happen, but the issue here is the lack of transparency and inaccurate expectations given to patients. Medical testing and consultations often involve time, cost, and anxiety, and clinics should communicate clearly and honestly about realistic turnaround times. This experience caused unnecessary stress and disruption.
