The clinic is warm and welcoming. In my experience, every time I was there, I found myself heard and understood. My health issues have been tackled in the best of ways. Miss Arjeta is absolutely a master of blood tests - you will not feel anything. Dr Bakhtiar is knowledgeable and calm, I always feel reassured after speaking to him. I genuinely recommend this clinic.

dont come to this clinic for a full blood test, as I came here last week and was promised a result by 24-48 hours. After 5 working days of not hearing back, I had to reach out for my result only to find out that they said the laboratory theyre working with lost my sample and my details are not in the system. Very unprofessional and waste of time, and theres no refund going back to my account as of now, although I called to talk about the refund. They are keen saying that the refund has went through, even when i havent received it in my ends after I also talked regarding this concern with my bank saying that they can confirm that it is wrong. still no resolvement as of now. Very unprofessional.

In 2023, I was scheduled for an EMA blood test and was charged accordingly. However, I subsequently received TTG test results, along with an explanation that an EMA test is only conducted if the TTG result is positive. In my case, the TTG result was negative, so the EMA test was not performed. This was concerning, as I had specifically requested an EMA test due to a previous positive result obtained while living abroad. After the initial email explaining why the EMA test had not been carried out, I did not receive any further responses to my follow-up communications. In summary, I was charged for a test that was not performed (with EMA being more expensive than TTG), was not informed of the testing protocol at the time of my appointment, and did not receive a refund. My attempts to resolve the matter were ultimately met with no further communication. I hope that procedures have improved since then; however, based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution before proceeding.
