Train strikes were announced whilst we had appointments booked in that week but we were still able to proceed with no cancellations. I was ill in London recently and my daughter booked an appointment for me at this private clinic (I was visiting the UK, and not a citizen with rights to NHS). She didn't realise until I had paid that she had mistakenly booked for the following day, instead of the same day, as I had wished. By that time it was too late for the free cancellation. However, when she explained the circumstances to Dr Mahmood, he immediately approved a full refund. We were very touched and surprised by his generosity, which went above any legal requirement. It is rare to find people who voluntarily give up a payment in this way. He sounds like a kind man with a strong moral compass. Thank you, Dr Mahmood.

I have known Dr Ali for a few years and he is exceptional at patient care. My mother who was visiting from overseas needed some care and we called Dr Ali, who attended to her immediately, did a thorough examination and identified the issue asap. We would always use Dr Ali, highly recommended.
