Extremely disappointing experience. From the moment the patient arrived, there was a clear lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. He was not acknowledged upon arrival and I had to phone the clinic. the patient was left standing while staff attempted to understand the purpose of his visit - despite all relevant medical information having been provided to the clinic in advance on two separate occasions. As the patient’s PA who arranged the appointment and sent the information in advance, I immediately called to verify that they had the necessary information I sent. Daniel answered the phone and was abrupt and unpleasant from the outset. Rather than simply confirming receipt, he refused to assist, citing patient confidentiality. To be clear, I told Daniel that I was not asking for any private medical details - only whether the clinic had the information required for the appointment, or whether I needed to resend it again urgently. This should have been a straightforward question. Instead, Daniel was dismissive, unhelpful, and then hung up the phone mid-conversation. Such behaviour is unacceptable, particularly in a private medical setting where professionalism, organisation, and respect should be standard. This level of service falls far below expectations. We will certainly not be using this clinic again, nor would we recommend it to others.
