I visited this clinic while vacationing in London, as my 2-year old daughter got sick during our trip. I made the appointment online and was greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. Dr. Vijay Patel was very compassionate and attentive throughout the entire visit. He explained everything clearly, did not rush and made sure I understood the treatment plan before leaving. Also very important, his kindness and positive attitude made all the difference.

The female staff member was very kind and spoke slowly to help me as I’m not confident in English. Although I couldn’t get the prescription in the end, they did their best to help and recommended hospitals I could visit. If I’d had more time, I think I would have succeeded.
