The process of making an appointment, appointment availability, to an actual person answering the phone when I call has been seamless. (This coming from a picky, opinionated New Yorker who has worked in the medical industry professionally for 12 years)! The results were easy to access through the online platform & interpret, The thoughtful summary of results/suggestions were perfect to ease my mind as far as my hematology status was concerned. It was a super pleasure to have such concentrated attention from Dr. Harrison in the room at both visits. Her calming nature and considerate feedback during each interaction never made me feel rushed. All of this and the attention/respect given with the specifics needed for a referral letter felt like a “bit of home” that I've been missing since moving here to London.

Recently received care for a number of serious health issues. Cannot speak highly enough of the excellent level of service. Tests organised quickly in practice, recent scan results (from elsewhere) hunted down and quickly referred on to excellent specialists including for successful heart surgery.
