Had pilonidal sinus surgery here 10 months ago. Initially seemed fine, but the problem returned within 2 months and I have since needed proper NHS surgery to fix it. Turns out the original procedure missed the standard of care entirely: no methylene blue dye mapping of the sinus tracts, stitched closed instead of open healing (which has much higher recurrence rates), and not performed by a specialist colorectal surgeon as it should be. Pilonidal surgery is specialist work, not something a private GP should be doing for £250. Cheap price was a red flag I wish I had noticed. I’m now going through an extensive open-wound surgery and weeks of recovery I could have avoided. Strongly advise anyone considering this to go NHS or pay properly for a specialist surgeon. Avoid cheap GP surgery options.

Dr Mansoor was fantastic....friendly, explained everything and the Nurse who removed the stitches commented on what excellent stitches he had made. Thoroughly recommend!
