This was my first time visiting this practice and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which immediately helped me feel comfortable. The GP was kind, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I had to say and asked thoughtful questions. Nothing felt rushed — everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely cared for and respected throughout the consultation. The atmosphere was calm and professional, and I left feeling reassured and confident about the next steps in my care. Overall, an excellent first visit that gave me the trust and relief to know I’m in good hands here.
